WB steel races are produced from high quality steel, and are hardened to quality accedited standards. The rolling elements incorporated in our bearings are precision balls made of carbon, chrome or stainless steel to ISO standards. The plastic races assembled in our bearings are made of the highest quality engineering plastics. All unground track bearings manufactured by WB are intended for moderate speeds and loads. WB Customised Precision Bearings allow for much higher loads and speeds, and are mainly used in applications for longer life and lower maintenance. Where required, bearings are filled at assembly with a requisite quantity of grease for smooth rotation, reduced bearing noise, & wear.
